Please fill out your application completely. Required fields are marked with an asterisk, and failure to fill them out will prevent you from being able to submit the application. Payment will be collected upon application submission. Your application will be reviewed, and someone from the CPA team will reach out to you upon approval to tell you more about how to take advantage of your membership benefits.

Regular Member (Coman/Copack) Price of Level Selected (Price Range: $1995 - $3995 Annually)

CPA Regular Membership is for Contract Packagers, Contract Manufacturers, and those who provide 3PL services.

Please Note: Dues will be prorated depending on the time of year your company joins. Full annual dues are collected January 1 of each year. Regular Membership Levels and the corresponding annual dues (listed below) are based on member company annual revenue and will be kept confidential. One contact will be listed as Primary Contact, one as Billing Contact, and one as RFQ Contact.

Membership Cost: Regular Membership Dues pricing is based on your company's annual revenue in the Contract Packaging sector, specifically:

Level 1: Less than $10 million annually
Level 2: Between $10 and $50 million annually
Level 3: Over $50 million annually

Defintion of Regular member: Regular members are those who own and/or operate contract manufacturing and packaging facilities. This membership category does not include companies who act as business brokers or intermediaries offering services performed by contract manufacturing packaging organizations. Brokers or intermediaries are allowed to join CPA as associate members.

Associate Member (Suppliers)

CPA Associate Membership is for Supplier Companies providing machinery, containers, components, materials, or other services to Contract Packagers and Manufacturers.

Membership Cost: Annual dues are a flat rate of $3,995 for a company regardless of its annual revenue.

Definition of an Associate member: Service members are those who offer services or products such as packaging materials, labeling and printing, package design, packaging machinery, technology, and testing to other CPA members. Examples of companies who do not fit this definition include private equity and investment firms.

Brand Member (CPG/Brand/Retailer)

This membership category is for those who are Brand or a Retailer. Each company will be entitled to receive all CPA benefits. There are no voting rights granted to this membership category. The value proposition will be networking with a broader base, helping shape industry improvements, and connecting with additional industry partners. This group would be asked to help provide a unique perspective and guidance on issues / challenges.

Membership Cost: Annual dues are a flat rate of $2,995 for a company regardless of its annual revenue.

Note: Dues will be prorated depending on the time of year your company joins. Full annual dues are collected January 1 of each year. One contact will be listed as Primary Contact, one as Billing Contact, and one as Marketing Contact. Up to 10 additional company members can be added to the company roster.
